Sarah Glesmann is the owner and lead physical therapist at Sakura Pelvic Health in St. Paul, MN. She is a board-certified pelvic health specialist with over 20 years of experience helping people with pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, urinary and bowel dysfunction, sexual health, and perimenopause/menopause concerns. Sarah is passionate about providing personalized, one-on-one care, empowering clients with hands on tools and programs tailored to your goals.
Sarah Glesmann has receiving extensive training through the Herman & Wallace Institute and was a Mentor to the residency program at the University of Pittsburgh. She also has international experience teaching pelvic health education in Japan.
